All Sales Are Final

Each item from Donna’s Handmade Wreaths & Crafts is a one-of-a-kind, finished handmade piece. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, size, fit, or other personal preference.

Please review the product description, dimensions, photographs, and shipping information carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about an item, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Undelivered Orders

The final-sale policy does not apply when an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, an order is not delivered, or a remedy is required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at donnasvwreaths@gmail.com with your order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the shipping box and packaging. Because each piece is unique, an identical replacement might not be available. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly and cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you entered incorrect information. If we cannot ship within the promised time, you will be offered the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a full refund.
