United States Shipping Only

Donna’s Handmade Wreaths & Crafts currently ships only to delivery addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately at donnasvwreaths@gmail.com if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order begins processing.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, keep the item, shipping box, and all packing materials. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the problem and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package does not arrive, contact us so we can help investigate. If we cannot ship within the promised time, you may accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a full refund.
