These terms apply to purchases from Donna’s Handmade Wreaths & Crafts. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this store.

Handmade Products

Our products are handmade and one of a kind. Small variations and natural differences in materials are part of handmade craftsmanship. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but screens and lighting can affect how colors appear.

The photographs and description in each listing identify the finished item being offered. We do not accept custom orders.

Availability, Pricing, and Payment

Most products have a quantity of one. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized and Shopify confirms the order.

Shipping and Final Sales

We ship only within the United States. All sales are final except for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders and any remedy required by applicable law. Please read the Shipping Policy and Returns & Final Sale Policy before purchasing.

Product photographs, written content, branding, and original designs on this website belong to Donna’s Handmade Wreaths & Crafts or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Changes and Applicable Law

We may update these terms when our store practices or legal requirements change. These terms are governed by applicable United States and North Carolina law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
